Phil De Lange
Hailing from the sprawling metropolis of Bloemfontein, Phil found himself in the melting pot of Cape Town in 2012. He broke into the comedy scene in 2013 at the much loved Armchair Theatre in Cape Town. Ever since that messy first 5 minutes on stage, he was hooked decided to pursue a blend of awkward, tongue in cheek, at times self-deprecating, musical, and stand-up comedy. His material is a reflection of all his learning experiences as a youngster growing up in the Free State, mixing with different cultures in Cape Town, the education system in South Africa, and of course trying to be the “hardcore” white boy that he is.

Tracy Klass
Tracy has been performing stand up comedy since her arrival in Cape Town in 1999. She is known for her ‘growing up disgracefully’ stance on life and being dragged towards middle age – kicking and screaming rather than floating gracefully on a cloud of Clarins and botox. She also gives a unique take on those issues women hold very dear; children, weight, aging and food. n July 2011 Tracy appeared in her first full length stand up show – Klass Struggle which ran at On Broadway for three weeks, the show ran at Theatre on the Square in Johannesburg for three weeks in February 2012 to great reviews.  She returned to  Joburgon the 1 – 13 October, was on Chai FM and performs on the Cape Town comedy circuit with occasional forays to Gauteng.

Rob van Vuuren

Rob van Vuuren became a comedian by mistake while he was trying to be an actor. It was bound to happen though, if you consider his shortness to awesomeness ratio multiplied by his genius and augmented by the fact that he is a bit of a dick. He cut his teeth in the mid to late 90’s (after graduating from Rhodes University) as an actor specializing in Physical theatre with a natural talent for physical comedy. To this day, Rob’s stand-up is characterized by absurd, surreal, and disturbingly hilarious physical interpretations of situations and characters. As far back in the mists of time as 1999 the press had begun to pick up on this remarkable young comedic talent.
