Franchising remains one of the most powerful ways to stimulate entrepreneurship and job creation. In South Africa, franchising contributes about 12% to GDP and there is scope for the growth of this sector.

The FNB Franchise Leadership Summit is a premium event aimed at high profile franchisors, high value multi-unit franchisees and stakeholders of the sector. It will also appeal to corporate and mid-sized companies that are considering franchising as an expansion mechanism.

FNB, with its focus on innovation, is uniquely placed to host this event for the third year. The events in 2012 and 2013 were such resounding successes and generated a lot of interest in the media and in the sector.

Up until now the event has taken place in Johannesburg but this year, the Summit will be extended to a second day in Cape Town! This summit is to be held on 15 October 2014 in Johannesburg and 19 November 2014 in Cape Town.
