ABOUT

SulSolSal is designing a special edition of Carne do Sol, a preserved food dining experience.

The meal is prepared according to the traditional Brazilian way of preserving food - which is very similar to South African methods.

Featuring both lesser-known and much-loved cuts of beef, this three-course meal is prepared in collaboration with Spier chefs Lorianne Heyns and Charl Coetzee. 

The menu will be paired with Spier wines.
