Join us for the official Launch of the Snobs Coffee Wood-Fired Roastery with Bouwer BoschOur Snobs Coffee Wood-Fired Roastery will be the first of its kind in SA. You see, by combining time-honoured Wood Roasting techniques with emerging gastronomy trends, we have created a unique taste combination of Wood-Fired Roasted Coffee. Our choice of firewood – various matured wine oak as well as citrus, almond & plum logs- each carefully & artistically paired with high-quality, single origin coffees. This imparts a distinct yet delicate flavour to the beans, resulting in a unique imprint, rather than an altered coffee profile.
