Join us from 19h00 to 01h00 for an unforgettable evening at The Olive Press, one of the most beautiful venues on the farm. With sweeping views of the gardens and Groot Drakenstein Mountains, it sets the perfect backdrop for a warm summer celebration.

We’ll ease into the evening with a glass of bubbles on arrival, and a selection of canapés that set the tone for a night of indulgence: fresh oysters with bubbles, smoky pulled-beef and pulled-chicken tacos, and braaied mushroom and mixed-veg skewers straight off the fire.

Inside, long harvest tables wait, overflowing with:

• Warm breads, herb pesto, hummus and whipped farm butter

• Avocado, mango and pine nut salad with honey-lime dressing

• Beetroot and feta salad

• Fire-roasted caprese

• Mediterranean potato salad

• Cucumber, kale, cranberry and mint salad with bright lemon vinaigrette

And then the real feast:

Lamb on the spit, with honey, lemon and mustard

Yellowtail with garlic and lemon butter

Tandoori chicken

Fire-grilled aubergine with coriander and chilli vinaigrette

We’ll end the night (and the year) the sweet way with a dessert table stacked with mini milk tarts, peppermint tarts, Hertzoggies, lemon meringue tarts, and brownie squares.

New Roots, our much-loved reggae-style band, will be your entertainment. They always bring the best energy, and they’re known for getting everyone on the dance floor. Expect good vibes, good people, and a jiggle to carry you into 2026.
