We’re thrilled to return to one of our favourite spots — the Bryanston Market — for this sunset session. There’s something extra enchanting about dancing as the day fades into night at this beautiful, open-air venue filled with nature’s charm. Expect golden skies, fresh air, and a sprinkle of Secret Sunrise magic as we move and groove together.

Welcome to the happiest way to end your day. Secret Sunrise is a global movement active in over 16 cities worldwide, blending music, movement, mindfulness, and connection in a guided, silent disco-style experience. All ages, bodies, and fitness levels are welcome — no dance experience needed, just bring your curiosity and your vibe.

When you arrive, you’ll be given headsets and guided by our accredited facilitators through a unique pop-up dance. Every session has its own theme — and this one promises to be spine-tinglingly fun!

Feel free to go wild with your outfit — the quirkier the better.
