ABOUT

SA’s premier stationary cycling event is coming to Menlyn Park Shopping Centre for the very first time. The event is fast growing not only in the amount of calories burnt, but in participants alike. Five hours of health, fun and entertainment.

The Cyclethon takes place on Saturday, 20 May from 8am to 1pm, at Central Park Menyln Park Shopping Centre.

Fitness fanatics; spinning enthusiasts; moms, dads and kids; and everyone looking for a fun-filled morning out are invited to join our local celebs on the bikes as they help to raise much-needed funds for the Smile Foundation and HospiceWits. The spinning sessions will be 50-minutes long, with a 10-minute break in between.

Choose which hour you would  like to take part in 8am / 9am / 10am / 11am / 12pm.
