Join us for a day of exploring and expanding into more of who you are as you drop deeper into love, connection and safety with your fellow heart-centred tribe.

Learn how to track your inner world and defense strategies, the strategies that you developed to protect yourself as a child, the strategies that keep you from the intimacy that you truly long for. From this learn how to drop into deeper vulnerability.

Learn how to expand your energetic and emotional range thus bringing more of yourself into the world. This allows you to be more present and available in your work and in your relationships.

Explore, experience and express more of who you are in a safe, nurturing space while coming into deeper connection and communion with others.

Explore your needs and desires, learn how to ask for what you need and open to receive from others. Learn a new way of heart centered communication, bringing you into deeper connection and communion with yourself and others.

We practice this in circle where everything is welcome – where you can be met with love and acceptance by others in your grief, anger, pain, shame, and every part of you as that is how we heal and come into deeper joy and freedom.

THE WHY
Our world is rapidly changing, what used to work is no longer working. What used to determine our success is no longer fulfilling us. I believe our ability to authentically relate from the heart is going to determine the success of our future. We’re moving from an egoic (me) based world of separation and competition into a heart-centred (me/we) way of thriving where the individual and the whole is as important as the other and the dance between the two in connection to the heart will ensure the rapid evolution of our species.

Entry for the event closes strictly at 10am once the agreements have started noone will be allowed to enter the circle.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:
Tracy Russell is passionate about creating a new world of heart-centred, relational leadership where we are all empowered sovereign beings, free from the cages of our conditioining, living our fullest potentai in love and reverence to all of life. She's an Evolved life coach, earth-heart facilitator and Heart Intelligence Practictioner and Relationshp Mastery practitioner, focusing on group circle work.

Brett Powell I have spent my life working on peak human performance in business and the psychology of this. Eventually I realised that peak performance was not nearly as interesting as having heart altering embodied experiences resulting from connnecting and being open and vulnerable with fellow human beings (Peak heart performance). These are the inspired (in-spirit) states from which we create and relate, connected to the self within, the self in the other and the self in the spirit. Since then I have become a Demartini facilitator, a heartmath facilitator, a quantum collapse facilitator, a Daka (Tantra teacher) and a heart IQ relationship mastery practioner focused on group dynamics.
