It’s International Museum Week and Aluta Nova Festival is back! Taking place on 25 May at the James Hall Museum of Transport, the festival aims to encourage a museum-going culture amongst youth while creating multiple market access opportunities for creative SMMEs and artists. Come and learn more about this historic museum which hosts some of the oldest forms of land transport in South Africa - a heritage treasure in the heart of the City of Joburg! Look forward to guided museum tours, fun rides on some of our vintage vehicles, a food and makers’ market supporting small businesses and of course an amazing line up of live music and entertainment featuring some of Joburg’s upcoming talent!
