Living yoga

ABOUT

SoundScape is a live performance orchestrated with an array of meditative instruments such as the Monochord, Tibetan singing bowls, Handpan, drums, vocals and other percussion instruments. This experience is designed to settle and ground the three states - physical, mental and emotional.

Participants are invited to lie on their backs on comfortable bedding. They are then guided through a series of relaxation techniques to settle and ground, which leads gracefully into the musical journey.

This therapeutic neural experience transports participants on a journey into themselves, a chance to dream, to feel, and to heal any tension that maybe present.

SoundScape facilitator
