ABOUT

Welcome to a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing, where we'll dive deep into the sacred realms of breath and sound. Join us as we connect to the first and most essential act of life - our breath - while bathing in ancestral vibrations that have guided us through time, nurturing body and soul.

This immersive experience is designed to guide you into the depths of your being through the power of conscious connected breathing and sound. Transformational Breathwork is a potent practice that harnesses the breath as a catalyst for profound personal growth, healing, and transformation. Through ancestral vibrations and intentional use of breath, we can access deep states of consciousness, release stored emotional energy, and expand our awareness to new dimensions of being.

Who is this journey for? Anyone ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, inner exploration, and personal empowerment. Whether you're seeking relief from stress and anxiety, healing from past traumas, or simply looking to deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you, this practice offers a safe and supportive space to delve into the depths of your soul.

Our journey will unfold in several stages, beginning with an opening circle and intention-setting ceremony to create a sacred container for our work together. We'll then gently ease into the practice with guided movement and gentle stretching exercises to prepare the body and mind for the breathwork ahead.

The heart of the session will be the Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) practice, a powerful technique that involves continuous, rhythmic breathing to induce altered states of consciousness and facilitate deep healing and release. Accompanied by a live sound journey, this one-hour journey into the breath will invite you to surrender, let go, and journey inward to the core of your being.

Following the breathwork session, we'll conclude with a period of deep relaxation and integration, allowing you to rest and replenish your energy as you bask in the afterglow of your journey. We'll then come together over tea and a light meal to share our experiences, insights, and reflections in a supportive and nurturing community space.

We look forward to sharing this transformative journey with you and co-creating a space of healing, growth, and connection. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

Love, Sam & Gershan
