It's time to share joy with the Garden Route Families again and this time we gather
in Plett - for one special Good FriYAY Secret Sunset!
New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before....
You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by fun and professional facilitators to support you to connect, move and play!
We combine elements of movement, play, meditation and dance - all through headphones.
All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
