ABOUT
The Maboneng Township Arts Experience is a nationwide South African art exhibition, curated in the homes of township residents, and accompanied by public performances of music and dance and fashion in front yards and on the streets. It is a festival, a celebration, of art.
The event takes place in Guguletu on the last weekend of October 2013, on Saturday the 26th and Sunday the 27th.
Coffeebeans Routes is a partner of the project, and is running a shuttle system from The Lookout, V&A Watefront, to Guguletu and back.
The shuttle costs R200 per person per day.
It departs on the hour every hour, 1100 - 1500, on both days, from The Lookout, at the V&A Waterfront, to Guguletu.
It departs on the hour every half hour, 1130 - 1630, from the Maboneng Precinct, Ny117 Guguletu, to the Waterfront.
