Happiest New Year BBG Sisters! We hope you enjoyed lots of delicious treats over the holidays, and are ready to get back into exercising with us again!
We have something special for you this January -
We are working with Kayla Itsines Sweat team to kick off the new year with a 12-Week Challenge.
The challenge invovles starting (or re-starting) the BBG 1 guide from 9 January, and working together with our BBG sisters all over the world to keep motivated for the 12 weeks.
As part of this challenge, we will be hosting a meet up on 28 January, where we will do the 3rd week's full body workout. The Sweat with Kayla team is sending us special prizes as well, so you have a chance to win Kayla gear!
Remember to bring R150 cash to get your very own BBG Cape Town shirt!

R20 CASH at door.
We have had to start charging R20 cash for each event to cover venue fees. The meetups are completely not-for-profit, so any additional money made will go into covering expenses and making the events better for you.
