Three days of unparalled coastline speldour - this is pure running pleasure. The Wild Coast is raw, tempestuous and unrestrained - and that's just the runners! Every day of this three-day run is different, suiting different talents throughout the journey - some flat hard-packed beach running, some straightforward cattle-track traversing and finally rolling hills bring you into the spectacular finsh at the Hole in the Wall.
