Join us on Saturday June 1st for an unforgettably lavish evening, comprising a unique screening of the most anticipated movie of the year - Baz Luhrmann’s ‘The Great Gatsby’ - followed by a sumptuous era-inspired evening out, at a secret location.

The night kicks off at 17h00 for 17h30 at the Labia on Orange with a virgin screening of this remarkable film in opulent surrounds. At 20:00 you will be transported in darb style to an undisclosed locale for the Prohibition Era Speakeasy of the year, where enervating live bands and the best SWING & electro-swing DJs in the city’s fedora will sweep you off your dogs for a night of glammed-up revelry that would knock the glitz outta Daisy Buchanan’s bodice and get The Great Gatsby himself in a fine lather…

Prepare to be hosted by air tight flapper dolls and cake-eatin’ dapper cats. Get exposed in culturetalent’s Prohibition Photobooth. Cast off your coats to reveal your ducky duds as like-minded floorflushers convene on the percolating dance floor, flanked by an original 1930’s bar stocked with the finest moonshine, giggle water & panther sweat this side of the Great Depression…
