There’s nothing like live music to get you dancing into 2016!Come and join Expressive Movement to welcome in the New Year with our first Dance Alive! 2016 sunset dance.
Talented South African musicians from the band Alpha Prince will co-create with you, bringing the magic of live improvised music to your dance.
Expressive Movement is a movement meditation form where you can come and dance your way towards greater vitality and health. This form is founded on the principle that dance is a fundamental medium of human expression – enabling creativity, transformation and communication.
We believe that anyone can move. This practice welcomes all ages and abilities.
Bring a water bottle and shoes to dance in if you choose.
