ABOUT
Slow Life brings you a Secret Concert in Muizenberg to kick-start the summer holidays.It's a never-been-done-before collaboration with Deep South (Dave Ledbetter on acoustic guitar and Ronan Skillen on tabla, percussion and didgeridoo), Dave Reynolds (steelpans and classical guitars) and Congolese bassist-singer-songwriter Sylvain Baloubeta. There'll also be a simple dinner - organic, wheat-free and meat-free.
To make this happen, we need you to pledge and share this with your friends. If we get 40 pledges by noon on Friday 4th December, we'll send you an email to confirm the event and include the address of the venue. If not, we're guarantee a 100% refund.
These four extraordinary versatile musicians have toured in France, Belgium, Switzerland, all over Africa, Germany, the UK and Scandinavia and have won various awards for their remarkable original work. Expect a high energy acoustic performance fusing Indian and Asian percussion sounds, African and Caribbean grooves, folk and classical songwriting.
