Building on his first presentation at the Mbewu Movement Youth Day Event in June this year ("How to develop the African leader in you...th"), Fred Swaniker returns to discuss more concretely the skills, tools, and opportunities that can help you become a more effective and capable leader in Africa. His keynote presentation will reference recent developments at the ALU, and new leadership and management training opportunities for rising professionals at ALU.
A panel of young executives will more deeply analyze how they quickly ascended to their leadership roles and how they are using that rapid ascension to shape transformation in Africa.
